More Than a Mission...A Movement

Pray2k is a church planting movement with a vision to plant 2,000 new ethnically-reflective, contemporary, relevant churches in small communities throughout the 15 states comprising the “bible belt" including:

These churches will be organic, indigenous and led by members of their own communities. We are committed to identifying gifted leaders already in their own towns, and equipping them to plant and lead a vibrant church that will transform and multiply to surrounding cities.

Pray2K is a 20 year plan. During that 20 years, supporters, church planters, and smaller communities across the nation will experience firsthand the spread of the Gospel and the start of multiple churches. Here's how it works:

Step 1 - Identify Potential Church Launch Sites

• Population within 5 mile radius 5k-35k
• No competing church with similar DNA

Step 2 - Recruit Potential Plant Team

• Social media strategy
• Local print media
• Associational mailings/announcements

Step 3 - Establish Core Team

• Identify leaders
• Identify spiritual gifts & strengths
• Begin meeting as house church

Step 4 - Connect Core Team to the Comb Network

• provide training/resources
